A 2008 Skull The Fifths 400% & 100% Bearbrick art toy figure set by Medicom Toy. 400% figure measures approximately 10 3/4" in height.
Figure appears to be in nice to great condition with general display wear such as surface abrasions, paint wear, and scuffing. Item comes in original box which shows wear such as creasing, scuffing, and general edge/corner wear. Does not include the clam shell insert.
