A Neograffiti Project 3D Margaret Kilgallen vinyl art toy figure produced by Tokion Toy in 1999. Item is limited edition and is numbered #178/500. Figure measures roughly 7 1/4" tall (without stand) and appears to have been previously displayed. Item is missing the accompanying purse accessory.
Both the figure and packaging are in overall great shape with signs of display/storage wear such as surface abrasions, paint wear, spotting along the leg and undress, tearing, and general corner/edge wear.
