1980s era Winnie the Pooh and Tigger animation cel from the Disney studio. It has been signed and remarked on the matting by artist Paul Carlson. Carlson would typically add the "Walt Disney" when signing pieces but note that it is not signed by Disney himself.
The piece appears to have been reframed at some point and shows some evidence of tape removal on the back. Otherwise in nice shape with minor wear on frame.
