A sealed, new in package 4.5" Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Robotic Rocksteady figure from 1993 as produced by Playmates.
Figure is a rare variant that includes Orange weapons, and is in excellent condition as it is sealed in box.

This collection comes from a mom with two sons who were Turtle fans and whenever she'd purchase toys for the kids, she bought one extra to hide away. We are proud to bring you this time capsule of hundreds of TMNT figures from the late 1980s into the 1990s in beautiful shape!
