A Qee Collection blue Town Crier bear vinyl figure designed by Tim Biskup and produced by Toy2r in 2006. Figure measures roughly 8" tall and appears to have been previously displayed.
Both the figure and packaging are in overall nice shape with signs of display/storage wear such as surface abrasions, paint wear, bubble wear, creasing, and general corner/edge wear.
