A circa 1940s vintage chalkware basketball figure produced by L. L. Rittgers. Figure measures roughly 7" tall for size reference. This basketball set is incomplete as it is missing the headless basketball player.
Figure appears to be in nice to great condition with general display and storage wear such as surface abrasions, portions of paint wear, and areas of chipping (notably visible on the left side back of the hair and behind the left ear).
