A #148/1000 Green Tie Edition The Frozen Walt Doll art toy designed by Stephen Hillenburg (creator of Spongebob) and Burt Payne 3 and produced by WALTsicle Productions in 1996. Figure was created by both artists while they were at CalArts and was based on the urban legend that Walt Disney is cryogenically frozen in the basement of the school.
Item measures roughly 4 3/4" tall. Includes the original box which was signed by both Stephen Hillenburg and Burt Payne 3.
The figure and packaging are in overall great shape with signs of light display/storage wear such as surface abrasions and general corner/edge wear.
